AMA Victoria invited members of the medical profession (AMA members and non-members) and others to examine workforce problems and propose practical solutions that might be taken to government or other responsible organisations for consideration and implementation.
The overall objective was to work towards an achievable, valid vision for medical workforce in Victoria in the next decade and beyond that would ensure quality medical care continued to be accessible to Victorians. The report is here
